All Models are beautiful, whatever race! However, there is something mesmerising about black models in particular…….the multitude of skin tones, the different hair textures, the attitude!
I meant to start this blog a while ago but due to work and family life, it never really got off the ground. I’m a fashion designer by trade and have been for the last 8 years but in 2007 I decided to set up my own modelling agency specifically to highlight the beauty and also lack of black models.
During my time with the Agency I’d scouted Betty Adewole (now signed with Elite and Models1), Le’tisha (who signed with IMG Models) and also Mecia Simson who won Britain’s next top Model in 2009 and is now also signed with Models1. My fist blog will be dedicated to these girls who I am extremely proud of…..
I have gone back to designing again but continue to scout black models.
As this blog develops I hope to introduce the new faces that I find to you and all of the major modelling agencies around the world!
